Yoga and Meditation

Andrea Cashman is passionate about helping all beings discover the joy of healing movement and conscious breathing. Instructing through group and private classes, workshops, and teacher trainings in Retreat Centers, Yoga Studios, Senior Centers and corporate settings.

Meditation Facilitation and Instruction – classes and workshops for beginners to advanced practitioners. Instruction in varying techniques.

Yoga Nidra – reclining guided meditation.

Let Your Yoga Dance® – a unique class which offers fun and freedom for all levels in a light-hearted and safe environment. No dance or Yoga experience required.  Andrea is on the Faculty of the international organization www.letyouryogadance.com.

Ayurvedic Wellness – The sister science to Yoga, Ayurvedic practices help bring the doshas (life energies) back into balance so the body can heal and renew itself. Certified by Himalayan Institute and Kripalu, Andrea is an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist.

 Yoga for 12 Step Recovery – Y12SR  “connects the dots” between the ancient wisdom of yoga, the practical tools of 12-step programs, and the latest research on trauma healing and neurobiolog.
